SCIENTIFIC LEAD AND CREATIVE DIRECTOR, GERMANY

As the scientific lead and creative director of WE Communications, Germany, Alex Dospil connects science and creativity for medical marketing communications, PR, medical education and training.

Alex has over 12 years of experience in the healthcare industry, starting his career as a self-employed illustrator, where he brought to life healthcare stories for the publishing house Medical Education. Building on his creative medical expertise, Alex worked his way up to senior consultant in the field of medical prescription (Rx) and med-tech marketing at DP-Medsystems AG, a medical agency. In this role, he produced evidence-based creative strategies and campaigns, communicating human stories and science to drive people to positive action. Now at WE, Alex works with major players in the healthcare industry.

A past avid volleyball player, when Alex is not at work, you can find him sharing his knowledge of the sport by coaching young players on the volleyball court. A family man and a father of four, Alex loves to spend time in the outdoors, embarking on new adventures in his VW van and embracing nature. If he’s not outside, you can find him passing the time cooking or drawing in his home in Munich.
