In Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, Harry and Hagrid sat together on a bright, sunny day. They worried together about what to do about the threat of He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named, an invisible force that threatened their way of life, their safety and security.
Right now, organizational leaders and brand communications teams sit together (indoors) in a similar way, at about the same time of year. They are also thinking and talking about an invisible, but very real threat that’s disrupted business and threatened safety and security.
