UN Global Compact Communication on Progress

The United Nations Global Compact (UNGC) calls companies to align their operations and strategies with 10 universally accepted principles in the areas of human rights, labor, environment and anti-corruption. WE’s core values — integrity, humanity, excellence, imagination, collaboration — are woven into the fabric of our company, and align with the UNGC principles.

Every year, WE issues a Communications on Progress, outlining steps taken to integrate the UNGC’s 10 principles.

SUSTAINABILITY

You know the concern: We must all act now to mitigate the worst impacts of climate change around the globe. As a purpose-driven agency, we are defining our path for a sustainable future by making important changes that reduce our environmental impact. 

To start, in 2022 we adopted these carbon reduction goals:  

  1. Net-zero operations by 2030
  2. 100% renewable energy procurement by 2030
  3. 40% reduction in Scope 3 emissions by 2030
  4. Launch a supplier sustainability program by 2025

WE will evaluate and report out on our progress towards these goals annually and commits to continuous improvement in our practices around sustainability.
