EVP, Insights & Analytics

As WEs Executive Vice President of Insights AnalyticsErica Fields leads a team of data analysts and technologists to uncover data-driven insights for clients and ensure global consistency in WE’s approach to analytics. Fields connects qualitative communications insights with quantitative analytics to answer questions including “why?” “so what?” and “how will we know it will work?” 

Fields has been in the industry for 25 years. She started in product marketing at Intel before expanding into brand development, advertising, marketing communications and PR for consumer and business technologies. At WE, she has led communications teams for Microsoft across commercial, enterprise and consumer tech, including launching Microsoft’s cloud computing platform and Windows 10. Her work with Microsoft has not only driven business results, but accelerated goals and shifted how the business views communications and its ability to move consumers to action. Currently, she leads the Insights & Analytics team in work with a variety of consumer, technology and healthcare clients, including McDonalds, F5, Capital One and many othersShe is a designer, a creator and a matchmaker of sortsbringing together team members with unique skills and passions to tell stories that connect the head and the heart.   

When Erica isn’t creating new ways to synthesize data for her clients, she spends it with her three children. A foodie, a wannabe chef and a keen lover of the outdoorsshe enjoys hiking, running and the occasional bike ride.
