Jette Kilian

As Director, Health, Germany, Jette Kilian is responsible for driving growth and development of the agency’s healthcare services in market, including scientific engagement, patient-centric communication, specialised medical PR and marketing. She also leads relationships with some of WE’s key health-sector clients.

For more than 15 years, Jette has partnered with and provided communications counsel to several of the top 10 pharmaceutical companies in the world. She has also served as a strategic partner to small startups breaking into the healthcare space. Her experience includes Rx communications and consumer healthcare with a focus on driving holistic integrated campaigns brought to life through analysis-based strategy.

When she’s not working, the mother of two coaches her daughters’ dance team and serves on the board of the school association. She recharges her batteries on long walks with the family dog.
