Head of Consumer and Creative Director, Australia
Remy Le Fèvre, head of consumer and creative at WE Communications in Australia, is responsible for growing the consumer-client portfolio and driving creative excellence across the agency.
Before his relocation to Australia in 2018, Le Fèvre was the creative director at advertising and marketing agency Ogilvy in London; a role which allowed him to push the boundaries of PR across the marketing mix, with a focus on channel-agnostic ideas for global brands like HSBC, Ford, Google and Bacardi. Before Ogilvy, Le Fèvre led a P&G portfolio across EMEA, remodelling the agency’s approach to a traditional ‘press office’ with a ‘Publishing-24’ content and publishing model that evolved this traditional function to fit with the changing media landscape — a model adopted by P&G across eight markets. His teams have launched Microsoft Surface 2, redefined Dulux as a colour and design partner to drive the decorating category, created a positive association between fashion and food for Krispy Kreme and helped raise funds for the last Northern White Rhino by placing him on Tinder. At WE, Remy leads a ‘business to human’ approach for brands such as Allianz, Jenny Craig, Cotton On Group and Vidcon. Passionate about combining global minds, Le Fèvre contributes to uniting WE’s global consumer experts to benefit all clients in any market, and helps develop the agency’s global point of view with Brands in Motion. CommsCon, PR Week, CIPR, Holmes Report and Sabres have all been accolades acquired off the back of work Remy has been part of.
A keen supporter of diversity and inclusivity, Remy and his husband have a 50,000-strong Instagram following focused on normalising the world’s view on same-sex couples and positivity for the LGBTQ+ community. Movies are his haven, and the cinema is his second home.
