As the North America Consumer sector lead at WE Communications, Tiffany Cook develops integrated campaigns designed to deliver business results for some of the world’s leading consumer brands. She strategically inserts clients into the pop-culture dialogue and drives thought leadership for brands in the midst of transformation, creating seminal moments through the right set of influencers across multiple industries — automotive, food and beverage, consumer technology, smart home, and fashion.
With over 20 years of experience, Cook’s superpowers are building successful and inspirational teams from the ground up with the common goal of generating unparalleled value for clients. Before joining WE in 1998, Cook worked for Upside Magazine, where she was key in the creation and production of industry conferences for Upside. Since joining WE, she has led key consumer campaigns for Microsoft, McDonald’s, Volvo, iRobot, Ste. Michelle Wine Estates, Woodford Reserve, Victoria’s Secret and many more. She has secured cover stories in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal and USA Today, as well as buzz/coverage across outlets such as the TODAY show, BuzzFeed, Vogue, People, Vanity Fair and more. Her work for WE helped secure the agency’s first-ever Cannes Lion for the “Greatest Interception Ever” campaign at the 2015 Cannes Lions Festival of Creativity. The campaign, done on behalf of Volvo North America and aimed at generating brand awareness during the 2015 Super Bowl, won Gold in the Automotive & Transport category and Silver in the Response/Real-time activity (including crowdsourcing) categories. Cook’s campaigns have also led to an increase in share of voice, social conversations and most importantly, business results. Under Cook’s leadership, WE’s consumer sector grew almost 30% in 2018 alone, with consumer clients representing over half of WE’s top ten clients today. Cook was named in PRWeek’s inaugural Hall of Femme in 2016, which honors trailblazers in the communications industry, and has received numerous PR and marketing awards and nominations. Cook is an active participant with The Rivkin Center for ovarian cancer research, Hopelink and the Seattle Girls School.
When she’s not working, Tiffany is scoping out the latest in trending hashtags and pop-culture headlines, while trying to keep up with her two active boys.
