As a new normal starts to take shape in the U.S., the PR profession is taking stock and reflecting on its response to the global coronavirus pandemic, the racial reckoning of 2020 and an increasingly polarized nation.
The 2021 PRWeek/Boston University Communications Bellwether Survey analyzes how the industry stepped up and evolved during this unprecedented time. It was in the field between April and June, as COVID-19 vaccine distribution ramped up in the U.S. A record 2,605 PR practitioners answered the call, cementing the survey’s place as the most robust barometer of the industry, award-winning and peer-reviewed.
