With the internal mantra "together is better," WE had success in 2018 with an expanded, fully integrated offering for clients crossing social, digital, content creation and creative services. Integrated accounts represented the agency’s fastest-growing revenue source in North America and the firm plans to replicate the offering in other markets.

"Everyone has tried different ways of offering integrated services and so has this agency. We think we have it right now," says CEO and cofounder Melissa Waggener Zorkin of the Bellevue, Washington-based firm. She credits strategic hires in the past year for finding the right formula, including Ray Page, former EVP, executive creative director at Possible, who joined as EVP, integrated services, North America.
