Manash Kalita Neog & Neha Mehrotra take on expanded responsibilities; Girish Huria returns to Avian WE

NEW DELHI – April 1, 2019 - Avian WE, India’s leading public relations firm, today announced a strengthened leadership structure that will support its growth plans and enhance its ability to deliver an enhanced set of client services. The firm has elevated senior leaders and bulked up its leadership team with a key hire to drive deeper connections across capabilities and sectors to meet the needs of its expanding portfolio of multi-market clients.

• Neha Mehrotra, who is currently the National Head –PR, will assume a new role as the firm’s EVP- Client Centricity,
• Manash Kalita Neog, will continue to lead Chase, the public policy and advisory subsidiary of Avian WE, as EVP-Public Policy, and
• Girish Huria joins Avian WE as EVP-Growth and New Initiatives

Neog, a founding member of Chase, has used his rich public policy experience and business acumen to shape Chase into a leading policy research and advisory firm with growing practices in healthcare, food & beverage, technology, sustainable environment and climate change. The firm provides advisory services to organisations for mitigating business risk through insight-based policy advocacy campaigns He will build on his role as EVP-Public Policy to include new responsibilities, while continuing to set Chase up for the future.

Mehrotra, one of the early members of Avian WE, has strengthened and diversified its client roster and has been the strategic and creative mind behind some of its best work. In this new role, she will work hand in hand with WE’s world class sector leaders to bring the very best to clients, while continuing to enhance the overall approach to client experience and drive client growth across new sectors and markets.

Girish, who had a successful stint at Avian WE, was previously at Ketchum as President and prior to that with eBay as Head of Communications. In his new role, Huria will be responsible for developing and executing all corporate marketing efforts, including brand awareness, leading new business initiatives, and overseeing the company’s business in South India.
