WE Expands Work with Blockchain Leader Bittrex Global




LONDON – 13 February 2020 – WE Communications (WE) today announced it has been appointed by Bittrex Global, a leading digital currency exchange, to manage English- speaking international media relations, content and events for the newly established brand.  

Headquartered in Vaduz, Liechtenstein, Bittrex Global has been built on the cutting-edge technology of Bittrex, a U.S.-based exchange that was founded in 2013 to provide an institutional-grade service for digital currency investors outside the U.S. It launched broadly in October 2019 and is the first exchange to be regulated under Liechtenstein’s Blockchain Act. 

WE managed the Bittrex Global rollout last autumnoverseeing the launch event and accompanying communications. Through this newly expanded remit, WE will be responsible for building the brand’s profile as an innovator in the blockchain and cryptocurrency space across the EMEA region, emphasising the importance of security and regulation to the industry’s next stage of growth. The work will be serviced out of WE’s London office and led by Senior Director of Technology and B2B Laura Gillenalongside a fully integrated team.
