Pankaj is currently overseeing the RB Health brands for South Asia – including innovations, media and ongoing operations. During his tenure – he has delivered strong business growth, achieved record market share, record brand penetration and developed brand campaigns that have grown equities sustainably and recognized externally (including EFFIES GOLD).

Given the extraordinary times, he has led many impactful “behavior change” campaigns especially driving preventative measures like the habit of handwashing through new innovative mediums like the Tiktok #HandwashChallenge that garnered 125Billiion views and 565m videos shared and educational content that have more than doubled the category penetration.

By the end of the year, Pankaj will be moving to RB headquarters in London and will lead Dettol Brand globally for RB.

Prior to RB, Pankaj had a very successful career with P&G, delivering business growths and share turnarounds across successful stints in South East Asia, Australia/ NZ, China , US, South America. He has deep experience across Beauty, Personal Care , Male Grooming, BabyCare and across multiple channel formats and consumer cultures.

Pankaj holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad and Engineering degree from Punjab Engineering College, Chandigarh.
