PR is at an exciting point in its development and is fast establishing itself as an attractive industry for the brightest and most creative talent. The rising stars who make it through the fierce competition to appear on PRWeek's annual 40 Under 40 list are exemplary models for the work they do in and outside of the office.  

Chantel Adams started her PR career leading CPGs for some of the world's largest consumer goods companies. Since her beginning, she has led PR efforts, product innovation strategy, in-store promotions and more for a wide range of brands. In 2021, Chantel brought that breadth of experience to WE Communications as SVP, Consumer. 

Outside of client work, Chantel has led WE’s partnership with Hampton University and recruiting efforts to attract BIPOC candidates. And she has created spaces for women business leaders through her involvement with the Forte Foundation over the last 12 years.
