Data privacy has been a wild west for more than 15 years. But as consumer awareness around data privacy increases, so does the unease around it. The issue is no longer about keeping information secure, it is an opportunity for businesses to take more proactive steps to communicate users about their privacy, protection, and security mandates.
WE Communications ran its fifth Brands in Motion global study themed ‘The Privacy Mandate’. The study was done in partnership with YouGov on more than 5,000 consumers and B2B decision-makers and ran in seven global markets including four in APAC: Australia, India, Singapore, and China, as well as the U.S. and U.K.
